Come relax and enjoy your stay in North Myrtle Beach at a property that is quiet and family friendly. This unit was purchased in 2005 and has been renovated. New tile and carpet in 2008. Beach Club is a very popular complex in The Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This building has a locking lobby and recently rebuilt oceanfront heated pool. This condo also offers complementary wireless high speed internet. Our non-smoking 1350 square foot condo has four cable TVs...46 inch Flat Screen in Living Room and 32 inch Flat Screen in Master - both with HDTV - Starting March 1, 2011...over 200 available channels. one VCR, and two DVDs.. Enjoy the view sitting on the 28 foot balcony – one of the best views on the beach!

KITCHEN
The kitchen is a full size gourmet kitchen stocked with all the cooking gadgets you need. Well stocked with glasses, dishes, silverware, cultery. The kitchen has custom wood cabinets, with granite, and stainless steel Whirlpool Gold appliances - completely renovated in 2009. The dishwasher and garbage disposal are ultra quiet models. The range has a smooth top ceramic cooking surface. The unit also has a full size front load washer and dryer. Guests who vacation here expect a nice, well decorated and clean property and we do our best to meet all of those expectations. We want you to feel at home.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath and great ocean view. The other 2 bedrooms are on opposite end of unit. One bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath and the other bedroom has twin beds with a private bath. Bath in queen bedroom has heated floor, custom cabinet and granite - updated in Spring 2010. The twin bedroom also has a private bath with custom cabinet and granite - updated in Spring 2010. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa. All bedrooms have cable TVs and ceiling fans with lights.

This mid-rise building (total 54 units) is quiet and calm and we rent only to families. We are close to Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, outlet shopping, and great restaurants. Linens included in rental fee (tax extra). There is a $55.00 cleaning fee. Plenty of convenient on-site parking and overflow parking across the street. Please: No house parties, no smoking, no pets, no motorcycles and no trailers.
