This custom-decorated, non-smoking 1350sf condo was purchased in early 2011 and new carpet was installed last summer.

LIVING AREA / DINING/ KITCHEN:

The oceanfront living room has two couches, a recliner and a Flat Screen LCD TV with DVD Player. The dining area features a large table (perfect for playing games with the family!) and breakfast island with three barstools. The full-size, gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all of the dishes, glasses, utensils, and gadgets you need to enjoy your vacation. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer (dryer replaced in Fall 2011).

BEDROOMS:

The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed with a 26-in Flat Screen LCD TV, large walk-in closet, and private bath with a jacuzzi and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite end of unit. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The other bedroom has two twin beds with a large, private bath. In addition, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have cable TVs with DVD players.

Linens are included in rental fee (tax extra). The building offers convenient on-site parking and overflow parking across the street. No house parties, no smoking, no pets, no motorcycles and no trailers.
